If put on a melee you can easily outmove em while repositioning yourself midfight. Thanks to your high willpower you will be able to persuade and intimidate everyone in the game, you don't even have to put that many points to achive it. ... a sniper/shotgun build that uses the temporal contraction/dilation skills from the new psi tree, with points in persuasion and mercantile as well (since I'd not done that before), and it's also been a lot of fun. Basically, you need Aimed Shot, Shooting Spree, Limited Temporal Increment and Psycho-Temporal Contraction. I'd like to use a sniper rifle as well since there seems to be good synergy with shotguns.

As opposed to heavy armor, I'd like this build to incorporate light armor for dodge and evasion, and stealth. Temporal Disortion was a really nice addition to my melee build.
I wanted to see how Dodge/Evasion will interact with Precognition.

If put on a sniper they usually cant shoot at all for the whole duration unless they pull adrenalin. only TK punch gets resisted and you shouldn't be using that anyways. According to the developers, and it shows, the game has lots of influence from Fallout, System Shock, Arcanum, Jagged Alliance (for the tactical aspect) and many other Computer RPGs of the 90's.. I didn't go too heavy on WIL and AGI since i wanted max DEX and 7 INT for Skinner. Hopefully it isn't too spoilery.
Well you'll get more points if you go lvl 24 -> 30 with the expansion so you can put a few in mercantile.
